I make Chili garlic oil using fresh garlic, chili flakes, cilantro and hot hotttt veggie oil. It's fragrant, spicy, crunchy and garlicky! It's not very "hot" so it goes great with salads, as dipping sauce, with chicken wings etc. Perfect for every snack! I personally love it with edamame :)

Since I make it "on order", it's always fresh and can be stored in a cool, dry place.
