Calm Legs Lotion - relaxes restless legs

Relax your jumpy legs with this spasm-soothing essential oil blend.

Jumpy and shaky legs can be so frustrating.

Even if the rest of you feels tired and ready to relax, your legs just won’t calm down. They twitch, fidget, and shake, keeping you awake.

The essential oils in this recipe are both physically and mentally soothing. They help ease your nervous system to create an experience of whole-system relaxation, so your mind can settle down along with your restless legs.

Plai essential oil comes from the same plant family as Ginger. It has a wonderful hint of spice in its fresh, herbal aroma, but instead of being warming (like Ginger), Plai is cooling. Plai essential oil’s ability to calm spasms—while also cooling a hot, troubled mind—makes it an excellent essential oil for shaky legs.

Sweet Marjoram oil has a warm, herbal, slightly spicy scent. It helps release deep stress, allowing relaxation to flow more easily through your body.

Roman Chamomile is one of the most universally loved essential oils for helping to relax spasmic muscles. It has the aroma of warm apples in the sun, and provides calmness to a worried and overactive mind.

Enjoy your calm legs!
