DETOX PERIOD
When switching from a conventional/commercial brand to a Natural deodorant, it may take several days for your body to regulate itself. Please allow time for your body to adjust (usually 10 to 15 days).

RECOMMENDATIONS
Push up under the tube. 
Apply on clean, moisturized and exfoliated armpits.
Two or three light swipes per pit should be plenty (a little goes a long way).
To reduce friction, let the deodorant warm up to your skin before applying, and try dabbing it on instead of swiping.
Let your pits air out after applying deodorant and before getting dressed.
Do a patch test on the skin before using it.
