These are about the size of a deck of cards, 2 layer deer hide mitten ornaments sewn together with sinew and unique rabbit fur trim.
Every mitt has unique leather grains and marks, as well as unique fur trim. No 2 are exactly the same!
These leather mitten ornaments use the small pieces of hide and fur left over from larger projects in an effort to waste nothing. Leather is purchased regionally from an Indigenous source.
