Handmade in Ottawa, ON, these scrunchies are made out of cotton fabric, cotton thread, and elastic within.
O/S fits all with 1/4 inch (0.64cm) width elastic. Scrunchie diameter from outer edges measures approximately 4-4.5 inches (10-11.5cm) but can vary slightly. Colours are portrayed in product photos as best as possible, but some variation may occur. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to message us.
