This Canadian made, 1980's vintage jewelry box was hand painted with Annie Sloan Chalk paints and waxes. It was finished with clear wax for a lovely shiny finish and the edge was highlighted with gold gilding wax. The lid lifts for storage in a single large opening. The lining has been replaced with new pink velvet. The romantic style would make a wonderful and thoughtful gift.
