    Inside bags are made at time of purchase. Cover can be removed and washed.

    %100 cotton Filled with barley, cinnamon and cloves. Heat up the bag to use for relief for sore muscles or cramps, aches and pains.

    Bag can be kept in the freezer to help relieve headaches. Inner bag has 2 compartments so you can distribute heat evenly to areas that need it.
