Wood wicks create a flame that is reminiscent of a tiny campfire in a jar which adds to the ambience of any room. The crackling sound only enhances their charm. 

Start your candle off on the right foot by burning it for at least one hour the first time you use it in order to create a wide melt pool. This will set your candle up for success on subsequent burns.

Before relighting your wood wick, trim your wick with a wick trimmer or use a tissue and pinch off the charred bits of the wick ensuring that your wick is 1/8" in length. 

Since wooden wicks are made from natural raw material, no two wicks will burn the same. They will vary in flame height and can range between hovering just over the wick and 1 1/4". The flame of each burn may be different... just like a campfire.
