It has all the typical characteristics of a hot sauce from The Pepper Mustache – flavour first, then heat, thanks to the Carolina Reaper pepper. It's a tomato based hot sauce without the tomato taste. The blend of the richness of the roasted ingredients with the sweetness of honey and Maple Syrup make this sauce so flavourful with just the right amount of heat. It pairs well with, well....everything! We especially like it as a condiment on a burger, pizza sauce, to finish ribs and as a basis for a BBQ sauce, or pasta sauce.
