When it came time to pull the pepper plants, we didn’t have the heart to compost all the peppers that were still on the plants. So we fire roasted them along with all the other ingredients. This is what gives this blend of Carolina Reaper, Scorpion, Ghost, 7-pot and six other peppers it’s stunning flavour!
