Upcycled Girl's jewellery box, Wooden jewelry box with Owl decor

A unique girl's jewellery box that would be a one of a kind gift for her, your daughter or granddaughter or best friend.  The perfect place to store a jewelry collection while making a decor statement.  

This Canadian made, 1980's vintage jewelry box was hand painted with Annie Sloan Chalk paints and waxes.  It was finished with clear wax for a lovely shiny finish and the edge was highlighted with gold gilding wax.  The lid lifts for storage in a single large opening.  The lining is the new green velvet.  The underside top was relined with decorative paper.  The image of the owl and flowers is an image transfer.  Its romantic style would make a wonderful and thoughtful gift.
