Wise Men is a classic touch of a manly favorite of frankincense, myrrh, patchouli and warm, powdery sandalwood. Beard oil is hydrating to the skin and helps soften and tame facial hair, which means it also does double-duty as a styling agent. The ideal beard should look shiny and groomed — not dusty, flaky and shaggy. When to apply: The basic rule of thumb is to apply beard oil at least twice a day. After your morning shower, apply beard oil to your face. When you get home from work, after you wash your face, you should apply beard oil. How much to put: If you're in the stubble stage, 2 to 4 drops is plenty. For a medium-sized beard, 5 to 6 drops. For a large beard, 6 to 8 drops.
